Recently I’ve been thinking a lot about what stops people from reaching their goals and I’ve come to the realisation that more often than not it’s ourselves. People get in their own way of making their dreams come true, because they don’t think they’re good enough, or they don’t think it’s possible, or because they don’t have the time or money and they let those beliefs stop them. Instead of thinking ‘what could I do with what I’ve got in order to reach my goal?’ they think, ‘I can’t do it, because of X, Y and Z.’
I have to hold my hand up and say this is something I’ve done more than once or twice in the past. I’ve stood in the way of reaching my goals. Sometimes breaking through those mental blocks can be tough – you want to succeed, you want to make progress, you want to reach your goals, but you just don’t know how to get out of the way!
So, in this issue you can read all about how to get out of your way and get what you want, take part in a fun goal book project and learn from the incredible Marianne Williamson – she shares how you can attract breakthroughs in work and money!
