“My mother passed away at the age of 63 after fighting cancer for 17 years. I was running a dog daycare and boarding facility, which didn’t leave me much time for my family or to travel. Tell us about your business…
I am an executive health and wealth trainer, coaching people how to transform their health and help others do the same. In the meantime I also help them transform their wealth and learn to become financially free earning a passive income while they enjoy life at it’s fullest!
What is a day in the life of you like?
I enjoy breakfast with my kids and after I drop them off at school I come back home and usually start by making my coaching calls. I always get to the gym for at least an hour at some point as well.
Throughout my day I meet people wherever I am that are always looking for better nutrition and I am constantly sharing with them how they can better their health and wealth.
What have been your biggest challenges so far?
Trying to help people with their weight issues that really didn’t want it enough for themselves.
How did you overcome these challenges?
I have learned to only thoroughly coach those that truly want to transform their health.
What advice would you give to other business owners?
Make sure that you are earning a passive income for the rest of your life so that you are able to truly live your life to it’s fullest potential!
How do you keep motivated through difficult times?
I have coached hundreds of individuals who have transformed their health and some of them it has even been life saving. This keeps me motivated because I am passionate about helping others.

I love what I do and I do what I love and I love my life!
Who inspires you?
I have many inspiring people in my life. However, I would say that just a few that I really relate to are Jack Canfield, John Grey and Ellen Bradley-Ganus.

We work to live, we shouldn’t live to work.
