This year I started working with the amazing Michelle Simmonds after an incredible friend of mine gifted me a session. I didn’t really know what to expect, but I showed up to the Skype call excited to see what would happen, by the end of it I was hooked.
We talked about my goals, my fears, my challenges and afterwards I felt like a weight had been lifted and I was clear about what I needed to do.
Clarity is bliss and that’s exactly what Michelle helped me with. She helped me to get clear on my goals and what I ACTUALLY wanted, for real. Then she helped me to manifest it.
In fact, there was one little exercise she had me do in the run up to the launch of the Members’ Club in June, which really helped me to focus AND I hit my goal EXACTLY :) (this is all in the video below!)
This stuff is no accident. It’s intentional and that’s why I’m so excited to share this video with you to help you with your goals for the new year…
Simple steps you can take that will make a MASSIVE difference.
Enjoy this video and get ready to have a magical year…
Michelle is passionate about helping women create a successful business by understanding exactly what is holding them back, to increase their confidence, overcome procrastination, release money blocks and overwhelm in a fun and easy way.
the breakdown
Here’s the overview of what Michelle shared…
RELEASE THE RESENTMENT
Let go of any goals you set for yourself in 2015 that you didn’t reach. Give yourself permission to park these goals and allow yourself to come back to it when you have time. Don’t beat yourself up about it – LIFE HAPPENS.
MAKE INCREMENTAL GOALS
Don’t overwhelm yourself with goals that seem too far-fetched, that makes you feel like your goal isn’t doable. Instead set incremental goals, which feel achievable, so you can build momentum, without feeling like you’re completely out of your depth.
HAVE A HOLISTIC BALANCE IN YOUR GOALS
So set goals in every area of your life. Set goals around money, relationships, philanthropy, business goals, goals around having fun, spirituality, travel. Then actually write the goal in the form of an affirmation, for example, “I’m so happy and grateful now I have saved $10,000 or more, by the 31st December 2016 and I feel so proud.”
You want to think it, write it, feel it.
Write down your goals as often as you can.
REWARD YOURSELF WHEN YOU’VE ACHIEVED YOUR GOAL
Think if how you’re going to reward yourself once you’ve reached your goal, to help you to stay motivated.
WHAT DOES YOUR GOAL FEEL LIKE?
Ask yourself how your goals feel. Ask yourself if it really feels good for you – does it align with your values? Think about it with your heart. Once your goals feel good, then make a commitment to them.

Combine these 5 tips with an amazing morning self-care routine, like Michelle talks about at the end of the video
the challenge
Take some time right now to think about your goals and ask yourself if they feel good and then create your affirmations and commit to writing them down daily :)
I wish you so much success for the year ahead, it’s going to be wonderful!
See you next week – I have an amazing masterclass for you with Natalie MacNeil to help you plan out your year, so don’t miss it.
