For the first few years of running my business I felt like a headless chicken!
My little idea to start a business turned into an overwhelming nightmare! I realised that there were a million and one things I needed to do – most of which I didn’t even know how to do!
As I’m perhaps one of the most unorganised people I know, trying to master the art of juggling everything I needed to do effectively, left me feeling totally frazzled and out of control.
My problem was that I had no systems or processes in place for being able to manage myself and my tasks properly and so I rarely felt in control. It was exhausting.
It took me more time than I’d have liked to discover that there were ridiculously simple things I could have been doing that would have helped me with all of this!
So if you ever feel frazzled, overwhelmed or out of control then this video is for you. I wish I discovered this information sooner!!
Shelly Waldman, founder of BusinessJuice.co shares 4 simple things you can do that will help you to feel less frazzled and more in control…
