7 Tips from Gabrielle Bernstein On Becoming A Super Attractor


I’m completely obsessed about anything to do with attracting what I want into my life and manifesting the success I dream of. Back in 2011, I made a decision to become more intentional about my thoughts, and in turn, what I was attracting into my life. This single mindset shift completely transformed my life and opened the doors for me to get to where I am today. 

For us entrepreneurs who love to dream big, we have to become amazing a attracting what we want to ourselves, but so many people get stuck with this! If that’s you, then enjoy this video – in it I was joined by Gabrielle Bernstein and she shared some powerful tips for how to become a super attractor! Here are 7 tips Gabrielle shared with me on becoming a Super Attractor and intentionally deciding to live a life of joy, abundance and success:

Sometimes we are actually the ones blocking our own success. When we approach things with a feeling of stress or when we try too hard to push or control the outcome, that type of energy is the biggest block to attracting what we want. Let things flow naturally and focus on aligning your energy with the positive thoughts that will guide you in the right direction.

As entrepreneurs so many of us start our projects full of excitement and feeling ready to thrive. But we also tend to often let ourselves back-paddle into the mindset of “Who am I to do this?”, “It’s already been done” or “I’m not worthy”. Remember that you are fully in control of releasing that lack mentality. Clear that belief system because in business, there is enough to go around, so shift that energy away from competing and comparing, which is another major block to your super attractor power.

When you feel stuck and you want to get moving again, remember to use the “Choose Again” 3-step method:

1 | Witness the fear-based thought that is blocking you and understand how it makes you feel. 

2 | Forgive yourself for having that thought and forgive the thought altogether.

3 | Choose a thought that holds a better feeling than the one you had. Reach for the thoughts that feel good!

If you master and regularly use this 3-step approach to changing your thinking, you will start to notice significant changes in your life. 

If you feel unclear about what it is that you actually want to attract into your life, think about what you don’t want, reverse it and let that thought process guide you. For example, if you don’t want stress, then you want peace and if you don’t want to be alone, then you need connection. In that case your focus would be to align your energy with feelings of peace and connection.

Manifesting is not about having total control and it’s not even about always getting what you think you want, so don’t judge yourself on your ability to manifest exactly what you dream up.  Something we want that does not make its way into our life is often there to reveal to us that there is something better on the way, or that perhaps there is still a part of us that is not yet fully aligned with what that desire is. The reality is that the more aligned you get and the more you focus on practices that make you feel good, the more effortlessly you will be able to manifest because that is just how the universe works. If you’re in a vibration that is abundant, joyful and free, then you will attract what you desire more quickly.

Sometimes we feel like we’re on fire and then other times things just don’t seem to flow. Rather than constantly trying to get back to that, make your desire to create a sustainable energy that is going to support you. That sustainability comes through the daily practices that work for you, such as meditation, intention-setting or using the “Choose Again” method, all throughout the day. Make sure you have daily practices that will sustain you throughout your life and help keep the momentum going. When we make the biggest commitment in our life to feeling good, to being at ease and using whatever tools work for us regularly, there is a sustainability that begins to happen, which in turn is when big changes start to take place.

  1. We all go through mental struggles and times when things just get too much for us to handle on our own. When you feel like that, remember that there is help and guidance all around you. You don’t have to struggle alone, don’t be scared to simply reach out and ask for the help you need.
