Stop drifting and get back in the flow + free worksheet

We all go through these phases of drifting, we need to remember to pull ourselves out and to get back on track. So if you feel like you need to do this then I think you’ll love the video and challenge I’ve created.

Over the past few months I’ve been enjoying spending time in California. My new “office” is outside surrounded by trees… it’s beautiful.

But I have a confession to make.

I am feeling so unproductive, because I’ve lost all of my motivation to work.

At first, I was excited to have a break from work – we all need to take time out. But my problem is that after my break was over I couldn’t get back into the swing of things and as the weeks have rolled by I’ve slipped further and further down the lack of motivation rabbit hole and I’m itching to pull myself out.

I will be completely honest, over the past few weeks I’ve been feeling uninspired, totally disconnected from my work and my big dreams, and I feel like I’m drifting aimlessly… and I can’t stand it.

The other day I decided that I’ve had enough and I was going to have an intervention to turn things around – reconnect with my dreams and get back in the flow.

While concocting my “intervention” it dawned on me that perhaps I’m not the only one feeling like this right now. Maybe there are other entrepreneurs out there who are in quiet despair (like I’ve been), feeling like everyone else is focused and in their zone of genius, while you’re slipping further and further away from your goals?

So I thought I’d make a video about it and share my intervention with you :-)

The truth is, we ALL go through phases of feeling unfocused and unmotivated (we’re human after all) – it doesn’t mean that you can’t build a successful business or that you don’t already have a successful business. Ironically, while I’ve been feeling unfocused FEA has had it’s best financial months EVER.

While we all go through these phases of drifting, we need to remember to pull ourselves out and to get back on track. So if you feel like you need to do this then I think you’ll love the video and challenge I’ve created.

WRITE DOWN YOUR DREAMS

When we’re drifting aimlessly it’s often because we’ve lost sight of our dreams and goals – we don’t know where we’re going. So to kick off your Miracle Month, take yourself off to a quiet space with a pen and a notepad and write down your dreams. Have fun with this and just write whatever comes to mind. Get all your jumbled thoughts down on paper and start to get clarity around what you want for business and in your life in general.

CREATE YOUR MIRACLE MONTH DAILY ROUTINE

It’s the simply daily actions we take that help to create the miracles in our lives. When we consistently do simple things each day those simple things can help to get us inspired, motivated and in the flow. So figure out what actions you could take every day that would help you to get your mojo back. What would help you to feel good? What could you do that will get you closer to realising your dreams? In the video and the workbook I list out the daily routine I’ve created for myself, so try sticking to that if it resonates with you.

PLAN OUT WEEK ONE OF YOUR MIRACLE MONTH

To get your Miracle Month off to an amazing start, plan out your first week so you know exactly what you need to do and when. This in itself will help you to get focused and back in the flow.

The Miracle Month Challenge is super simple, but if you commit to sticking to it for 30 days straight and you immerse yourself in figuring out how you can make your month miraculous, you will have an amazing month.

Remember, when focus goes, energy flows.
