The amazing entrepreneurs over in the Members’ Club are always achieving incredible things and sharing their insights in the group, so we thought we’d share their ideas with you! Here are their tips for 5 things to try this month…
SLOW DOWN TO GET CLEAR AND FOCUSED
Get up and watch the sunrise one morning or sunset one evening. It will get the creative juices flowing, slow you down just enough, and help you get clear and focused.

EAT A LOVELY BREAKFAST
Make sure you eat breakfast every day. As an entrepreneur, it can be all to easy to forget to look after your health, however, as an entrepreneur, optimal health with help you reach your goal faster. Starting your day eating something with fat, protein and a slow release carbohydrate can ensure your energy and mood are stable and your blood sugar level is balanced. This gives you enough energy until lunch! A good breakfast is avocados and tomatoes on spelt toast. Almond butter and strawberries on rye bread is also super delicious. If you would rather drink and go, you could blend a live yogurt or coconut yogurt with frozen berries, a little water, and some ground mixed seeds. All are easy, fast and nutritiously delicious.

TRY A TIME-SAVING PLUGIN
Try the Chrome plugin “Facebook Newsfeed Eradicator“. If you’re getting sucked into the Facebook vortex and investing too much time there, this plugin will block your newsfeed. This is awesome for people who need to use Facebook (like community managers) without the temptation of endless scrolling.

PAY IT FORWARD
GIVE … find a way to pay it forward. Lock arms with somebody who needs your help. We’re so much stronger when we work together and lift others up. Instead of waiting for somebody to help you, step in and find somebody that can use your knowledge and insight and help them. You’ll be so glad you did. There is nothing better than empowering another person. Take a small portion of your time to help another entrepreneur. Don’t expect anything in return, just offer your help!

KEEP A BOX OF INSPIRATION
Eat a tub of ice cream (this is the most important step) and wash out the tub. Add a pen (ideally a Sharpie as these are ink royalty) and a stack of sticky notes. Whenever you feel inspired to write/share/create something, but don’t have the time, write a note and keep it in the box. When you need to create content for your blog, newsletter or social media, have a rummage through your ice cream tub of inspiration. Be sure to remove an idea after you have used it by screwing the paper into a ball and flicking it off your desk at a passing cat/child/husband.
