I have a question for you…
Do you have a philosophy that you live by? Or have you created a philosophy for yourself for this year?
Our philosophies, conscious or unconscious, have such a huge impact in our lives. They can either really help us to get to where we want to be and live happy, fulfilled lives or they can hold us back and stop us from making the progress we want and living the life we want.
So last year I decided to create a philosophy for myself to live by: Don’t be afraid, you can do it.
The reason I created this was because I’d begun to realise that more often than not the #1 thing that was slowing me down and holding me back was being afraid to do things. So I realised I needed to change my philosophy. I needed a new philosophy that was going to help me move forward… I needed more courage in my life.
I really wanted to make a video on this topic, because it has had such a HUGE impact on my life – it’s helped me to make some amazing things happen. Have a watch below…

Now you have an idea of what might be holding you back or what you might like to change or have more of, come up with some philosophies you’d like to integrate into your life. Maybe you’d love to get more focused – that’s a brilliant philosophy “Stay focused & you’ll make it happen”. Or maybe you’d love to have more fun and enjoy the journey more, rather than getting caught up in challenges that arise – your philosophy might be, “Smile and be happy. Enjoy the journey.” Get writing…
PICK YOUR MAIN PHILOSOPHY
We’ve all probably got several philosophies we’d love to live by, which is amazing, but I find that when you focus and zone in on one it can have a huge impact. So have a think about the #1 philosophy that could have the biggest impact on your life, if you committed to living by it. Once you know what it is, write it down and put it somewhere you can read it daily, so it can become part of your life… you can train your brain to live by it!
