When it comes to reaching my goals in life, I’ve always been of the opinion that if something might help me I’m willing to give it a go (even if it seems totally crazy!).
So back in 2008, I came across tapping (also known as Emotional Freedom Technique/ EFT) and I would sit in my apartment tapping away to videos by Brad Yates (hoping no one could see me through the window LOL!) and I love it.
It helped me to focus my mind and release blocks that I had. So I wanted to share one of the videos I often follow along to, with you today.
