When I shared part one of the Miracle Month Challenge I didn’t know that it would have such a big impact. Thousands of people downloaded the challenge… clearly I wasn’t the only one feeling unmotivated and out of the business flow!
Since embarking on my Miracle Month Challenge I feel like a new person! I’ve been super productive, really motivated, inspired and back in my business flow. I’m loving it.

Following on from part one, I wanted to make a video about a struggle I’ve been experiencing while doing my Miracle Month. Part of the daily routine is to spend time visualising your goals and dreams, and while I’ve been a million times more productive since starting my Miracle Month, I’ve been really struggling to visualise.
I feel like my thoughts are all scattered and truth be told, I think I’m struggling because I’ve been so disconnected from my dreams and goals for a good few months now, so there’s really no wonder why I’m struggling to see things clearly.
So I decided to do something about it and work on my visualisation muscles to help me shape my reality. I’ve made a video all about it, and I shared an *INCREDIBLE* story of the power of visualisation. Don’t miss it! exercise

Here are the steps to take to help you give your visualisation muscle a workout…
MAKE A DREAM JAR
I want you to write down your dreams and goals on to little individual pieces of paper, fold them up and place them into a jar. As you place them in the jar, just for fun, say in your head “Whatever is in this jar is going to materialise”.
PICK A GOAL OUT OF YOUR JAR 3 TIMES A DAY
Every day for the rest of your Miracle Month (and beyond if you wish), pick a piece of paper out of your goal jar, set a timer on your phone for 2 minutes. Then close your eyes, take in a deep breath and vividly visualise experience having the thing you want. Visualise where you are, who you’re with, what you’re doing, what you can hear and smell and most importantly, really connect with how you feel. Do this as intensely as you can for 2 minutes. Do this 3 times a day to practice getting better and better at tuning in and experiencing what you want. Really live a new reality for those 6 minutes of the day.
What would happen if you really committed to this? How would your life change if you took time every day to live a reality that you want to live?
I think miracles would occur.
Our minds are far more powerful than we realise, so get working your mind muscles to create the reality you want.
