you ever thought possible

is going to happen…

Without a doubt, you’ll bring your bigger vision to life. You’ve got all the right ingredients for growth to happen—intention, business savvy, and the desire to take action. Now you just need to go all in and embrace the principle that purpose drives profit.

You know first-hand that you have what it takes to create a massive impact, but you’ve trained yourself to believe that you have to do it all.

It’s time to leave those beliefs behind and build a new foundation.

The future you want is waiting for you, you just have to take the leap.

This is the most exciting time to be alive in the history of the planet. It’s never been easier to take your vision and turn it into a reality. I know the answers to your endless questions feel impossible to attain but they’re closer than you think.

Good news lovely, I’m here to help. I’ve been in your shoes and I know just what you need to do to bring your best future to life.

Let’s get started!

Your Future Formula for
Epic Growth and Scalable Success

Have you seen the film Chasing Mavericks? It’s a movie about a surfer kid that sets his sights on conquering one of the biggest waves in the world.

Of course, in the usual style of inspirational films, he conquers this 60 ft. wave after everyone told him it was impossible. After multiple failures he goes on to become one of the most famous surfers in the world.

Maybe you’re wondering what surfing and business growth have in common? Well look at it this way—learning how to surf is one thing, it’s tricky, but once you get it, you’re golden, kinda like running a business right? It’s like riding a bike (or so I hear, I’m no Alana Blanchard).

To become a world class surfer or business owner, you have to continue to challenge yourself if you want to grow. And kudos to you because you’ve done that, and it’s brought you to this point where you’re facing a 60 ft. wave and questioning whether you can conquer it or not.

You’re ready to grow beyond what you ever thought possible. You’re ready to scale that crazy wave. But even if you have some help, you’re still stuck in the shallow seaweed laden waters trying to do it all.

I’ve been there. I know what overwhelm feels like. It feels like you’re stuck in a bog unable to move more than an inch per hour but on the horizon you can see a white sand beach and turquoise waters. It’s time to swim toward your goals, hop on my business board and let’s paddle out.

Your 3-Step Action Plan

1.

Make Your Life Easier & Scale Faster

You’ve worked bloody hard to get to where you are. It’s time to give yourself a break. Systems and processes don’t sound super sexy, but they exist to make your life easier and help your business run smoothly— which is pretty alluring if you ask me.

If you want to get to the next level, systems and processes are a necessary step. Take the time to define what that looks like for you.

STEP 1: Outline every step of your marketing, sales, onboarding, offboarding, and business development processes (or hire someone else to help you). Find a project management tool you love, and implement! ⇐ Over at FEA, we love Asana, but there are tons of options.

STEP 2: Speaking of hiring—you’ve made it to a pretty sweet place in your business journey where instead of frantically Googling how to design pretty PDF’s and set-up email automations, you can focus on your zone of genius and hire those little tasks out. It’s no easy feat to deal out responsibilities when you’ve grown accustomed to doing everything, but it’s a necessary step if you really want to grow.

As a business owner, you need to be an eagle, not just a caterpillar.

I know what you’re thinking… "Ummm, Carrie, I’m neither bird nor insect."

What I mean is that you need to find a balance between doing the necessary day to day work and building toward the bigger picture you want to create. Take time to work on your business not just in your business.

Do one thing each day to GROW your business— whether it’s posting on Instagram, pitching a big podcast, creating a new lead magnet, or writing a book. Big or small, it doesn’t matter. Dedicate time each day to zoom out and take a look at the bigger picture and follow through with the actions that will help you get there.

2.

Get Out of the Weeds

3.

Biz Besties

You’re the kind of person that recognizes the value in relationships. You know that having a strong support system is the key to creating lasting success. But you’ve yet to find that tight knit group of friends that get what you’re going through when it comes to building a purposeful business.

You really don’t have to do this alone. There are so many people out there doing what you’re doing. Together we are stronger.

Trust me when I say that biz besties are a floatation device when it feels like your drowning in to-do’s and what ifs. Find someone who shares your values and who sees your potential, and help each other rise up.

Audrey Gelman

Audrey Gelman is a perfect example of the power of a purposeful pivot. She said goodbye to a successful, yet unfulfilling career in politics to launch an all female co-working space called “The Wing” and has since expanded to four locations, each with a waitlist to get in.

Gabby Bernstein

Gabby Bernstein

The super soulful author of Spirit Junkie wasn’t always so chilled out and attuned to helping people connect with their spiritual side. Gabby describes her own transition as going from “PR party girl to self-help author and motivational speaker”. After 2 years of back and forth, she let go of who she thought she should be and finally became who she was meant to be— and created a super successful business to boot!

Shauna Mei

Shauna Mei

Shauna is the founder of the ultra-trendy website AHALife that sells strangely cool products from all over the world. Her love for the obscure and beautiful hasn’t always been her livelihood though. She worked as a financial analyst before giving into her true passion and launching her website in what most would think is “too competitive” a marketplace only to succeed with flying colors.
